Templates are the easiest starting point for building an MCP server. Select Create from a template in the server list on the Dashboard to open the gallery of templates Arlet provides. Pick the template closest to what you want and a setup form opens. Enter a tool name (Japanese is fine; two tools in the same workspace cannot share a name) plus the files and instructions that template asks for, click Create, and the server is added to your MCP servers and deployed right away. The tools handed to the AI are fixed by the scaffold, so all you supply is the content.

Slide template

Serves your uploaded PowerPoint template (.pptx) and its instructions to the AI as tools. Slides follow the rules you write in the instructions, so the formatting is consistent no matter who asks for them. Tools for template info, automated linting, and image previews come along with it.

Review criteria & checklist

Register your experts’ checkpoints and internal policies, and anyone can have AI review contracts, quotations, and approval documents against the same criteria. Write the criteria directly as a list, or upload a criteria document or checklist you already have (.md / .txt / .docx / .pdf). Comes with a criteria tool and a review-procedure prompt.

Quotation template

Register your price list (.xlsx / .xlsm / .csv) and drafting rules, and AI can draft quotations with the right unit prices from just the deal conditions. Your own rules — rounding, discount caps, validity periods — are applied as written. Add your quotation form (.xlsx / .xlsm) and drafts follow that layout.

Internal knowledge base

Register internal documents such as work rules, operations manuals, and FAQs (.md / .txt / .docx / .pdf, up to 20 files), and AI can answer questions about your internal rules citing those documents. Documents are never returned whole — only the sections that match the question — so it holds up with many long documents.

Research report

Register your report outline, writing rules, and format, and anyone gets research reports with the same structure and the same rigor about sources. Collecting the data is not this server’s job: that is handled by the connectors you switch on from Arlet’s tools (EDINET, e-Stat, FRED and so on).

Email template

Lets AI draft an email right inside ChatGPT or Claude, which you review, edit and send without leaving the chat. When you say you want to email someone, a review form appears prefilled with the recipient, subject and body synthesized from the conversation. Cc and Bcc recipients are optional (up to 10 each). Pressing send delivers the email from your registered sender address, with your signature appended to the body automatically. During setup you register a sender email address (the signature and drafting rules are optional). Register drafting rules and the AI always follows them — tone, salutations, things it must never write. A verification email is sent to the sender address — click the link inside to complete verification. Sending is disabled until verification is complete. You can check the verification status and resend the email from the server’s top page.
A server made from this template cannot be shared. It sends mail from an address you proved you own, so anyone else using it could send mail as you. It is therefore personal-use only and reachable by its creator alone: visibility cannot be widened, external access cannot be turned on, and member roles cannot be granted — not even to workspace members or admins.
Addresses on domains that publish a strict DMARC policy (p=reject / p=quarantine) cannot be registered as the sender, because receiving servers would reject the mail.
Register the URLs you always refer to — official docs, reports, public pages (up to 100) — and AI fetches and reads those pages to answer with their content as grounding. Each URL takes a name and a description; describing when a page should be consulted helps the AI pick the right one. HTML pages are converted to Markdown before being handed over.
AI can only fetch the URLs you registered. Addresses on internal networks or local hosts are never fetched, including via redirects.

Text template

Enter the text you want to hand to AI (rules, procedures, a prompt) and you get an MCP server with a tool that returns that text. There are no files to prepare: the text is the only input. AI reads it before working and follows its content.

Changing the settings later

For a server created from a template, open Edit in the server page sidebar to change the tool name and the text, files, and sender address you entered at creation. Files are kept as they are unless you pick a new one. Save starts a redeploy with the new settings, and the server switches over once it is ready. If you change the sender address of an email template, a verification email goes to the new address and mail cannot be sent until it is verified.
Created servers are deployed automatically and are immediately usable from your connected AI clients through the gateway.
